This site has thousands of people safely buying products each and every day online. With thousands of happy and not so happy consumer reviews to read, you are sure to find some great feedback about the product your looking to purchase.

Another site that I sometimes take advantage of is Twitter. Twitter has a nifty little search function, similar to the search bar in the Google home page, where you can type in your specific brand of air conditioner that you may be interested in and see if there is anyone tweeting about it, you will be very surprised as to what results you get back.
